4.1 Performance of contracts
For the purpose of concluding and executing contracts with legal entities, Liukrena processes the following personal data: contact persons’ name, surname, date of birth, ID Card/ passport number, contact information, content of correspondence, contract details, etc. These personal data are processed for legitimate interests to perform an activity and stored for 10 (ten) years after the end of the contract.
4.2 Debt administration
For the purpose of debt administration, Liukrena processes the following personal data: name, surname, address, date of birth, amount of arrears and circumstances. These personal data are processed on the basis of a legitimate interest in ensuring the performance of contracts and are stored for 10 (ten) years after the performance / expiration of the contract.
4.3 Video surveillance
For the purpose of ensuring the security of persons and property (video surveillance), Liukrena processes the following personal data: images of persons, their location and movement through areas covered by cameras. These personal data are processed on the basis of a legitimate interest in ensuring the security of persons and property and are stored for 30 (thirty) days after the video record was made. Data subjects are informed about the places where video surveillance is carried out in the territory of Liukrena by means of warning signs.
