    This Privacy Policy (Privacy Policy) provides information on how UAB „Liukrena“ processes your personal data.

  3. What is personal data? 
    Personal data is any information collected about a data subject by Liukrena, which may be used for identifying the data subject. Personal data includes any information, including the data subject’s full name, surname, IP address, etc.
  4. What kind of personal data do we process?
    LLiukrena processes your personal data for the following purposes:
    4.1 Performance of contracts
    For the purpose of concluding and executing contracts with legal entities, Liukrena processes the following personal data: contact persons’ name, surname, date of birth, ID Card/ passport number, contact information, content of correspondence, contract details, etc. These personal data are processed for legitimate interests to perform an activity and stored for 10 (ten) years after the end of the contract.
    4.2 Debt administration​ 
    For the purpose of debt administration, Liukrena processes the following personal data: name, surname, address, date of birth, amount of arrears and circumstances. These personal data are processed on the basis of a legitimate interest in ensuring the performance of contracts and are stored for 10 (ten) years after the performance / expiration of the contract.
    4.3 Video surveillance
    For the purpose of ensuring the security of persons and property (video surveillance), Liukrena processes the following personal data: images of persons, their location and movement through areas covered by cameras. These personal data are processed on the basis of a legitimate interest in ensuring the security of persons and property and are stored for 30 (thirty) days after the video record was made. Data subjects are informed about the places where video surveillance is carried out in the territory of Liukrena by means of warning signs. 
    4.4 Cookies
    When you visit our website, we may place cookies on your device. Cookies are small, often encrypted text files which we place on your browser or hard disc or mobile device on the basis of your consent. We use different cookies for different purposes as they help us to identify you among other Liukrena website users.     We may disclose information about you to our employees, intermediaries, service providers, such as debt administrators or debt recovery companies, archiving service providers, marketing services, IT service providers or subcontractors, if necessary for the purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy.

    We may disclose your personal data to data processors who provide us with services (perform work), i.e., IT service providers, auditors, lawyers, consultants, and process your data on behalf of Liukrena as a data controller.

    Data processors will be allowed to process your personal data solely based on our instructions and only to the extent necessary. We will take all necessary steps to ensure that our data processors implement the appropriate organizational and technical measures to ensure safety and confidentiality of your personal data. 

    Your data may also be transferred to public bodies or institutions or other persons who are statutorily entrusted with certain functions.

    - In order to protect our rights or interests (including the case when your personal data is disclosed to others for debt recovery purposes);

We may ask you to confirm your identity in order to grant your request, which should be submitted by you acting reasonably and in good faith.

    - Upon arrival in person at UAB Liukrena premises, at the address Ganyklų g. 28A, LT-00126 Palanga.
    We will respond to your request, complaint or claim in writing in accordance with the applicable laws and will do our best to provide you with information within the shortest time possible but in no event later than within 30 (thirty) days after receiving your request.

    If you contact us, we may process the data you provide to us, i.e., name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, date, and text of correspondence in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Please note that we may need to contact you by mail, e-mail, or phone. Please notify us of any changes to your personal data.

    If having received your request, complaint or claim we have doubts about your identity, we may ask for your identity document.

    If we fail to provide you with the necessary information and/or should you have complaints about how your personal data are processed, you may approach State Data Protection Inspectorate (www.vdai.lrv.lt) by filing a complaint.

    You are responsible for ensuring that your data submitted to us is accurate, correct and complete. You should inform us immediately by e-mail if changes are made to the data you have submitted. Therefore, we will not be held liable for damage resulting from your failure to provide correct or complete personal data or to give us notice of changes made to such data.
  10. Changes in our Privacy Policy?
    Liukrena may update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Such updated or amended Privacy Policy will take effect from the date of being published on our website. You should check our website occasionally to make sure that you see the latest version of our Privacy Policy.
